My service experience was terrible. No one will call, only text & they do not get back in a timely manner. They overcharge way above MSRP for parts & have a higher labor rate than other dealerships. I saved $600 by transferring my car to another Buick service center at another dealership. This dealership sold me my vehicle and the extended warranty I purchased was as untrustworthy as they are. Of course it covered nothing. Cochran, and customer service said my VIN # wasn’t included in the extended warranty on a part they knew was faulty! My vehicle wasn’t driven often and was under 70k miles. Buick customer service was also difficult to deal with. Get a 2nd opinion after you get their estimate. More

I had a great experience working with my salesman, Tom—he was helpful and professional throughout the process. However, I left a message for him with another salesman that was never passed along.
