As for this most recent service visit, Tom Hodder did a great of my family have. We've bought cars and had them serviced at the dealership for years. As for this most recent service visit, Tom Hodder did a great job of keeping me informed of the progress with Car Shield daily and want to thank him for jumping through all the hoops required of him. The service technician who worked on the car, did his job best he could. However, there seemed to be a few issues reassembling the engine parts which were found lying on the engine and two parts in the oil pan. All in all,thank you guys. More
