I thought I would get a better deal. I was disappointed that there was only a few dollars off the sticker price and I was insulted with the trade in value you offered. I accepted your offer since I really liked the vehicle. I was to trade in my vehicle and pick up my new vehicle the following day. On my way home, I stopped at a neighborhood dealership to ask if they had an interest in my vehicle. They looked at it briefly and said they would love to have my vehicle. They offered me a check on the spot for over $2000.00 from what you offered. I called to have my deal changed to no trade in and added cash to the down payment. The following morning, I dropped off my vehicle, signed over the title, and they had their lot attendant drive my wife and I to your dealership to pick up my new vehicle. Now that’s what I call Service. More
