We had a wonderful experience at Kenny Ross. We had contacted them through the website and within an hour received a call from Tony. We told him what we were looking for and what our needs were. Tony was great! Tony and Keith worked very hard to find a vehicle that would work for us. They worked really hard to make sure that it would fit into our budget and be something that would meet our needs. There was never any pressure from them and they treated us very well. They found a vehicle for us and we took it for a test drive and let us take our time deciding with no pressure. The next day we went to pick up the vehicle. I was looking for a quality vehicle that was able to transport myself and family to point A to point B with room and a nice drive. I came across Kenny Ross website and a few miles from residence. I saw an SUV that I have always wanted, on 12/4/10 my wife and I walked into the dealership and Peter Kouris welcomed us at the entrance and I told hom that I saw this vehicle on the website. Peter knew what I was refering to and went and pulled the vehicle upfront so we can view it. After a few minutes of looking the car over we went inside and filled the paper work out. Unfortunately, we weren't able to get the SUV that day. Leaving the dealership a little dejected that day due to the fact of THINKING i was being turned down again(none one fault but my own) I received a call at work from Peter saying we have this car for you. I am estatic now, made a trip back to dealership and we drove off the lot with a quality vehicle that I, my wife and children really love.
