Josh and Ben went out of their way to help me. Ben worked extremely hard on my financing and got me the loan and payment that fit my budget. Going into the dealership, my wife and I new pretty much what we wanted. Ed was the first sales associate to approach us and helped us. After much online research by Doug, he decided what kind of a vehicle he wanted. We started out on Saturday morning to just "look" around. The door opened and we were greeted with a warm welcome and plenty of smiles from everyone. Jim introduced himself to us and we started talking. Doug told him what we were looking for and the price range we wanted to be in. Jim opened up his materials and told us what he had for us. The 1st SUV he pulled up for us to check out was exactly what we wanted! Will Grundy worked with us on the financial end of the purchase and we were happy to be in such capable hands with his knowledge and expertise. We left Kenny Ross with our new, "used" SUV and had such a great experience to tell all our family and friends about! Some adjectives I would use to describe Jim and Will? I own a chevy cavalier, and once it got over the 130,000 miles point I knew I had to get another car. I kept putting it off, because when I purchased the cavalier I had a really bad experience (literally b miles point I knew I had to get another car. I kept putting it off, because when I purchased the cavalier I had a really bad experience (literally being at a dealership for over 7 hours with crappy sales people). Having had that bad of an experience at another car dealership, I did my homework, made all the necessary appointments, and went into this major purchase ready for battle(even though my dad told me that Kenny Ross was nothing like that, and that he bought cars from them). I did not expect what I got when I walked into Kenny Ross. Josh was amazing, not only did he email me information to help with my decision prior to my appointment to test drive a car, but he walked me through the process, helped me get a good price on my trade, and got me out of there with the car that I dreamed of. And Jason(the associate that did the paperwork) crunched numbers and did all he could to get me a reasonable payment within my budget. I literally yipped for joy driving away from the lot in my 2011 Chevy Aveo. I cannot be more grateful to Josh and Jason for all that they did. They are amazing.
