All I needed to do is call or go on line to register to see the amount I quailify to use to purchace a new or used vehicle.I thought about just throwing it in the trash,like usually do.But I am glad it used it.I set up a appointment with Keith McQuiston, A special Finance Associate. I went with my husband and we both thought it would be a waste of time.We both thought we would not come home with a sharp car with all the bells and whistles in it.We where greeted at the door by a very friendly sales rep. He took us to meet Keith and he was very kind and made us both feel great! I told what I was looking to buy and I told him It was Patricks Day.And hope he could do his magic to get us a something that we could ride the grandkids to the ball field this year. He assured me that was his job. he did as he said and we left very happy!We where very surprised to see how fast we got out of there.only a few hours in and out the door. I have been at other car dealers and you could almost need a pillow and sleeping bag! I see why Keith has been working there for a long time he was GREAT!and i will refer him to any one.Keith McQuiston did work his magic and maybe a little help from a little Green Man with pointed ears.with a pot of gold and a rainbow!! This Dealership runs like a WELL OILED MACHINE. they work as a TEAM....seriously, my wife and I had 4 of their staff members working to make this deal happen, these guys made it all come together with absolu as a TEAM....seriously, my wife and I had 4 of their staff members working to make this deal happen, these guys made it all come together with absolutely NO flaws, all in one, yes ONE visit to their show room. I am writing this review to show my extreme gratitude in regards to the outstanding experience my entire family & I had while purchasing our new vehicle from Kenny Ross (Cranberry Twp). In only moments afte regards to the outstanding experience my entire family & I had while purchasing our new vehicle from Kenny Ross (Cranberry Twp). In only moments after walking through the door my family & I felt welcome and at ease by the staff. After explaining exactly what it was I needed, why I needed it and how much I was willing to spend we were assured that all of our needs & concerns would be considered and addressed. It didn't take long before a vehicle was found that had everything I was looking for. I was given a very fair price on my trade-in and in the end, the sales team exceeded my expectations with a no pressure, pleasant and very family friendly environment. I do want to mention that I have 2 children who ask more questions than I do and the staff went out of their way to be friendly and pacify them through what can be a tough few hours for kids. In conclusion, we got a great rate, signed the papers and drove off very happy & satisfied. Our experience was so good that the next day we went back and bought another car from Kenny Ross. More
