Looking for a car to replace my totaled Mazda 3 was not one of the greatest experiences until I came to Kenny Ross. I loved my Mazda. I started my quest at Bariel and the salesman we were talking with one of the greatest experiences until I came to Kenny Ross. I loved my Mazda. My husband and I decided to take a drive out to Kenny Ross, he has purchased a couple of cars there in the past. We arrived there started to look then Tom came out. He came out in a great timely fashion we did not feel smothered by him. He showed us a used G6 after we told him what we were looking for in a car. He knew all the details of the car and he said them with confidence. As soon as I sat in the drivers seat I got the same feeling as the first time I sat in the Mazda. At the time though my Dad was going to try to get me a car at an auction and we told Tom that and he did not try to push us, which was really nice. By the time my husband and I arrived home we realized we wanted that car. We felt comfortable with Tom and Kenny Ross. We went in the next day to start signing papers, we had some road blocks it took a bit longer than we thought, but Tom stayed with us the whole time, giving up time he could be using to sell other cars. My husband and I felt important to him and this reassured a decision even more. The finance team was amazing they worked so hard on getting us a great rate with our credit and they did. Over all I am pretty confident that our future cars will be purchased from Kenny Ross via Tom. Megan Morgan More
Our salesman did a very proffesional job with selling us the SUV. He was kind, knew his job well and made sure he explained everything about the car and why the SUV was a hot item on the market today. Why I the SUV. Why I would rate his experience #1 is because he didnt leave any stones unturned and he had an answer for everthing we asked and if there was something he might not have known he asked. He explained everything in detail and was very upfront with total honesty. He made sure that we the buyers left being happy and very satisfied with what we purchased and he even took us back to the garage where they do the oil change and the extra services we purchased with the agreement. In all, I can say each and everyone of the salesman went out of their way to see that our time at Kenny's was about us and they also gave a warm helping hand. Yes, from the price, the warranties and the life of our vehicle we were getting the best from the dealership at Kenny Ross Chevrolet-Buick North. We are very pleased customers......:) also, as he explained, this SUV was a vehicle that sold itself but with the added touch that made it the special vehicle it is. More
We recently purchased a new 2010 Cheve Malibu at Kenny Ross this year (2011). Tom Hammer, our salesman, was very friendly, but not overbearing at all. Both my husband and I felt it was a "hassle-free" experience. We looked at another car at another dealership before going to Kenny Ross and were thinking it was the one for us until we experienced the "Pleasant Kenny Ross Treatment". Before going to Kenny Ross I had stppped at another Buick dealer near where we live and the visit was negative from start to finish. I was only there for about 20 minutes. Our salesman, Josh Philips provided us with excellent service. He was responsive to our questions, he checked for all possible rebates and even came in on his day off to complete the sale with us and re service. The scores on this survey were earned by Josh. On the other hand, our experience with Jason who completed our paperwork was not as positive. I am hopeful that the paperwork was completed correctly and our bank in WV receives the documents that were requested. I understand that as customers we could have taken control and insisted on better explanations of what we were signing but because our daughter was waiting for us we didn't. The time Jason spent telling us about his 7 children, their ages and activities could have been better spent on the paperwork. In addition, he was not very helpful regarding our title questions and did not offer to see if someone else could assist. Again, GREAT JOB JOSH and not so much for Jason. More
I HAVE NEVER BEEN TO A DEALER THAT I HAVE EVER FELT SO AT EASE , JOHN MET ME ON THE LOT IN THE RAIN . This dealership is approximately 70 miles away from our home, but they had the truck we wanted (we found it by searching on chevy.com). He offered to meet with us at a convenient time, and he even provided his cell phone number to us. He greeted us in the parking lot (we did not have to look for him), and he had the truck ready for us. Even though we knew what we wanted before we arrived, we were very impressed with the vast selection of cars and truck on the lot. Darlene Mokos did a fantastic job explaining the financing and answering all of our questions. Wendy Walker provided phone and mail updates as to the status of our title (we are from OH, and the dealership is in PA). Even the service department called us a few weeks later to inform us of a recall which might affect us. We felt that the people with whom we had contact went above and beyond. Even though this dealership is 70 miles away from us and in another state, we would purchase from them again because of their selection of vehicles and efficient employees. More

When we decided to purchase a new car, we went to Kenny Ross for the most part because we know Ed Casciato. We were treated very well from the time we walked into the dealership. What means alot to me is the fact that they were not only knowledgeable but they used our name when they talked to us. Not only Ed, but also Wally Wickline. Wally was super friendly and really did all he could do to help us make our decision to purchase our car. So after talking with Ed and Wally, we felt our decision to buy from Kenny Ross was a good one. I would certainly recommend Kenny Ross, not only for the selection of cars, but mostly because their salespeople were right there to help you. They were very, very friendly, treated you like you were very important and certainly knew their stuff. We purchased our new car and we will tell our family and friends that if they are looking to buy a car, to go to Kenny Ross and see Ed and Wally, and like us, they will be glad they did. More
My husband and I had car shopped for two days and had a good idea what our trade-in was worth. We walked into Kenny Ross and were greeted by a very friendly salesperson, Ed C. We told Ed what we wanted and good idea what our trade-in was worth. We walked into Kenny Ross and were greeted by a very friendly salesperson, Ed C. We told Ed what we wanted and he stated he had one Chevy Cruze left. Go figure, it was the color I wanted. Our traded was valued at less than what we had expected and were ready to leave. Bill Hart, one of the sales managers did not want to loose our business and offered us exactly what we wanted on our trade-in plus the Kenny Ross lifetime warranty. Needless to say that everyone was happy!! I even got an Aunt Penny bobble head!!! When our car was ready for delivery, Ed C. walked my husband and I through how to operate the radio etc. Before we left the lot, Ed C. had Bill Hart came out to our new Ice Blue Chevy Cruze and gave us the a send off like we were family!!!! Now I know why my father, Robert Stroup, purchased a Buick Century here years ago(rest in peace). Thank you again for one of the best car buying experiences to date!!!! Karen Thein More
