When we went into Kenny Ross to look around we were meet by Josh. He was extremly friendly and helpfully. We didn't buy the first night we went in. When went in that night and Josh and Dave got us a better deal on a 2011 with no miles. We even got to pick the color we wanted. Although there is alot of paper work in buying a new car these days Brent made it as easy and friendly as possible. We have taken the truck in to have it undercoated and they even gave us a rental car for the day! THEY HAVE BEEN JUST GREAT TO DEAL WITH!!! I would recommend them to all my family and freinds More

Rod was a great salesman who gave the bottom line. Along with a great personality. He worked extremely hard to find the vehicle I wanted in a short period of time (which was no easy task as I was not willi with a great personality. The car I chose was the 2011 Equinox which is not easy to get your hands on (they average about 13 days on a lot). Also ecstatic that I didn't have to go through the process of ordering one. He even felt like it was too long so he charged me less than expected the day I went to buy it. The car was dressed appropriately and he showed me how to work the new technology in my Chevy. I also love the lifetime/unlimited mileage warranty that Kenny Ross offers! Overall, my experience was EXCELLENT and would return to Kenny Ross again!! More

I have dealt with Kenny Ross in the past and when it was time to see about getting a new car, I called and made an appointment with Bob Zurcher. He was not like other salesmen who "attack" you the minute y time to see about getting a new car, I called and made an appointment with Bob Zurcher. He was not like other salesmen who "attack" you the minute you pull into the lot. He listened to what I had to say, what I was looking for, and the amount I wanted to pay. He then took me out, showed me what they had, we took a test drive, came back and he did some figuring with the financial person, came back, made me a deal. I was not completely happy with it, although it was not bad. But I asked if he could do better. He left and came back with an incredible offer that was basically a no-brainer. So I left my 2006 Cobalt LT there and drove home in a 2010 Cobalt LT. I love it. Bob was easy going, listened, did not treat me like a silly old woman. He explained things to me, took his time listening to me, and made my experience very enjoyable. I have dealt with Russ on the Gold Team for 4 years for oil changes, etc. and between the two of them, I have found a great team. I requested Russ for servicing my car again. If you are looking for a car, I highly recommend the sales technique of Bob Zurcher. He stayed past the closing to explain some things in my new car and basically did not seem to mind spending the time with me.
