I recently purchased my 2nd Chevy Suburban from Kenny Ross North. The first was purchased in 2005 and I felt that I got a very good deal. I could not have been treated any better. At that time, it was probably the best car-buying experience that I had in close to 30 years. But being the skeptic that I was, I felt maybe that was some sort of fluke or just a stroke of good luck. When I was having some service work done on my 2005 Suburban, my wife suggested that I should see if they had any good deals on a new one. I didn't feel that a brand new one would fit my budget so I began looking at their used inventory and found several that appeared to be reasonably priced. I took my wife back a few days later and found their inventory to be down by several of the used Suburbans. But we found a Certified Pre-Owned 2011 Suburban and began the negotiation process. It took roughly 5 minutes until they made me a deal that I could not turn down! Then they beat the financing that I was considering with my own company! Of course, I decided to add on the extended warranty as well as rust proofing, etc. I just got it back today and they did a wonderful job! So far, this has been another fantastic experience buying a car, even though it was a "used" one. As good as my first experience was with Kenny Ross, my latest far exceeded my expectations as well as my wife's. Needless to say, we are now very loyal Kenny Ross customers! As soon as my kids are all out of the nest, we will be back to purchase a toy! Just hope they still make Corvettes when that time comes! Keep up the great work, Kenny! The website had an extensive inventory, and we decided to drive north to visit the dealership to view specific vehicles described on the website. We worked primarily with Josh Philips, who promptly brought the cars to the front for us to look at and test drive. We haven't owned a Chevy before, and were surprised by the features available on the cars we test drove. Josh was friendly, answered our questions, and described the models we viewed expertly. The sales experience was the best I've ever had (4th car purchase), as the focus was on the vehicles, features, and what we wanted - not pushing a particular model or presuring us to buy and buy now. The process didn't take as long as anticipated, and we left with the car the same day. Josh even stayed late to walk through all the features (OnStar, XM, Bluetooth) before leaving the dealership - and reminded us to call if there are any questions or concerns. I was never pressured in to services I didn't want and was able to have repairs done within a respectable wait time. Service department is awesome. My second car purchase was a used 2011 Impala 28,000 miles and I received an awesome price Rob Clay was extremely easy to work with and worked within my price range and my needs in the vehicle I was looking for. Rob is probably the best car salesman I have worked with in the purchase of more than four vehicles. I also got a great price for my trade in. I highly recommend this dealership. More
