Not only was the deal good without having to badger one another back and forth to begin with, Bill did every thing he could to find incentives for me - without my asking - even after the sale was made and the order taken! My Silverado qualified for the GM cash back program for $2,000 - which I was happy to have received - but Bill took it upon himself to search all available programs and found a regional marketing incentive for an additional $1,500 that I never anticipated nor would have even known to ask for!! Since this was a trade and cash transaction the additional incentive was huge for me!! I'm VERY impressed with Bill and Pete and Kenny Ross Chevrolet North and would highly recommend them to my friends and family. More

Within hours we were guided to a low mileage vehicle with paperwork put in process. Josh is a true professional displaying both knowledge of the product, and compassion for our plight. He is one of the most forthright and ethical car peole I've ever dealt with. Likewise a pleasure to talk with. Jason O'Leary handled our paperwork, and worked his magic with the financing to bring the sale to a quick and satisfactory conclusion. Again, another professional showing dedication of purpose and concern. A few hours Saturday afternoon, and an early call Monday A.M. (Labor Day) to come down to pick up our vehicle. A DONE DEAL.
