I can't think of anyone who looks forward to buying a car. My husband and I started this process most assured that we would be badgered and that people were going to try to take advantage of us. Some of that was true until we visited Kenny Ross and met Pete Kouris. His customer service was way above and beyond our expectations. He led us to a 2007 Nissan Murano that is perfect for me. Not once did he seem pushy. He was able to give us a great deal and even had the car detailed while we were waiting to sign paperwork! There is a large scratch on the passenger side which he had his team buff out. You have to look very hard to see it now. He was very professional and his sense of humor made the whole experience much more enjoyable than we had expected. Brent Hammerling was a gem to work with too. The paperwork seemed endless but he was so organized that it was a much less painless experience than we had imagined. He answered my husband's and my questions knowledgably.
