The sales process was just fine. However the vehicle did not match the description in line. The Traverse was said to have remote start and navigation. It has neither! Bought my truck last year for fair price. Sale includes one free oil change and free inspection. Took the truck in for oil and inspection. On the drop off slip I requested tire rotation, whil Sale includes one free oil change and free inspection. Took the truck in for oil and inspection. On the drop off slip I requested tire rotation, while talking with Tom Hodder on phone about service I requested tire rotation. I was informed that due to parking brake pad levels the truck would not pass inspection and the total price to replace was $953 with a $185 diagnostic fee for looking at parking brake. I agreed on phone to the work and again requested tire rotation. I deflated my front driver side tire to 40psi and marked it at drop off the night before to ensure that tire pressure would be checked and rotation was completed. At pick up the front drive tire was still at 40 and marking on tire in same location. This proved that requested work was not done and my trust that the parking brake was done correctly in jeopardy. I have dropped my truck off at a local garage to get second opinion on the work for the parking brake. I will not return for service on vehicles and very disappointed that Tom Hodder's willingness to lie has now caused me to get a second opinion on work performed. More
