I felt that I was double charged for a service that was done on my F150 The computer was already hooked Up for diagnostic test and was charged the 185 fee again to enable a brake controller I do believ done on my F150 The computer was already hooked Up for diagnostic test and was charged the 185 fee again to enable a brake controller I do believe this was clearly gouging a customer for this simple service. I was quoted before just to enable the controller it would be 90 dollars I was in for other problems that required the computer connection. This diagnostic charge is just a xxxxxxxx charge to make some extra money I know it’s needed to diagnose problems but that’s a little extreme. I couldn’t believe the customers in the waiting area bent over at a dealer for simple maintenance items and paying the prices you charge. Simply people unaware of reasonable shop choices.for maintenance work ie. oil changes and tire rotation. More
