Did not order the parts I called about that were required for my appointment. Waited for 2 hours and ended up getting nothing done. Did not let me know when I got there they did not have the parts. Took it there for recall work and other. The 1 recall for A pillar wasn't done, it's loose and still flaps at 50mph. As soon as I walked in, they made me feel comfortable. I am on oxygen, and they brought me a chair. I was there to have a state inspection, but had another issue I needed addressed. The service manager Bobbie and the other person there looked at every way possible to rectify the issue. Also, Glenn and I had a wonderful talk. I greatly appreciate all of the personnel there.
