Greg did call me back yesterday. I think he is the only one that cares. I do appreciate his attention. I have an appointment to bring my vehicle in, but what happens if the check engine light goes off again before my appt. I don't understand why I couldn't have just gone there and them run a diagnostic check to find out the issue. It's not a good feeling driving around with a check engine light on. To be told they are short handed is not a good answer for a customer!! I feel like once you buy a car there you are on your own!!! Again would not buy another car at that dealership ever again. Still have to wait 2 more weeks to take my car in. NOT GOOD!!!!

I have not received any check, unless of course it was mailed to the wrong address. How do you recommend me contacting you directly? I've already tried emails, and voicemails with multiple people at that dealership. Do you have a number on which I can actually reach someone?

I just now checked the BBB response. That copy of a refund check that was sent is NOT me. Different name and different address.

Juliec In the past year, I have been unsuccessful trying to schedule service appointments on a Saturday. I own one vehicle and work Monday -Friday so cannot drop my car off during the week. I just called for a service appointment & was told they are booked every Saturday through the rest of the year. They do not offer loaners and their shuttle service starts 2 1/2 hours after I start work. While I love my car, I will never purchase another vehicle from Cochran. The warranty is worth the paper it was wrote on if you can’t get your car serviced.
