Bad salesperson I leased a brand new 2015 Sonata on September 2nd. The car had to be transferred from the monroeville dealership. After I signed all my papers and was I leased a brand new 2015 Sonata on September 2nd. The car had to be transferred from the monroeville dealership. After I signed all my papers and was ready to leave, I was informed that the second key was lost. My sales person Brandon Davis told me he would have another one ordered for me. It's now over 2 months later. Multiple trips to the dealership and phone calls placed with Brandon and still no key. I will be trying to reach the general manager now to get a resolution. Terrible experience and customer service skills from Brandon. More then likely the last car I get from there. More
