Everyone was extremely friendly & took their time while helping me get through all of the papers & learning about my new car. My first oil change experience was great as well. They got me in with in a week of calling & it took maybe an hour for them to finish it up. Just yesterday I had a flat tire & hyundai 24/hour roadside assistance was great as well. I wish the car came with a spare for them to change though. Instead they had to tow my car to the dealership & they were able to repair the tire by the end of the night. Which was awesome since it was a little inconvenient being towed all the way back to the dealership. Overall I love the staff at this dealership & recommend going here if your looking for a Hyundai! One thing I will say is that my 2015 Elantra Limited came with very poor leather seating. (Atleast in my opinion) I weigh around 130 lbs & my drivers side seat is already dimpling pretty badly & I've only had my car for 3 months... I think Hyundai definitely needs to improve the thickness and/or quality of the leather. The price isn't too bad...but for the price I personally think it should be better quality. Other than that I LOVE my car. Drives great, sounds great, looks great & is extremely comfortable! PS I completely forget the name of who I worked with...but all of them seemed awesome! More
Worst Experience of any Dealership Well I started out with a flat tire and had to have my 2014 Hyundai Elantra taken to the Cochran to get it replaced. I dropped it off the night of th Well I started out with a flat tire and had to have my 2014 Hyundai Elantra taken to the Cochran to get it replaced. I dropped it off the night of the flat 11/19/14 and they had it done the next day. So all is well so far, the cost for the replacement was about average so no complaints so far. But now for the worst part, once I had it home I noticed scratched on the the roof and across the top of the passenger door. It looks like someone placed something that was about 2ft wide on the roof and then pulled it across the roof and off the car. I bought the car from a Hyundai dealer with approx. 4500 miles on it and at the time of the service it had 5662mi. Someone was with the car from the time of the flat until it was dropped off at the dealer, I actually took a taxi from the dealer to home, so it didn't happen from the tow in. Well I called the dealer up and they said there was nothing they could do about it. Actually, Cheyne told me "prove that we did it". How do I do that, they were not there when it was dropped off. I am not one to post things on the internet, actually this my first time since I am not getting anywhere with the dealer. I did run it back in after repeated calls and they spent about 20min buffing out what they could and then told me if I wanted it fixed it would require the roof and doors to be repainted, of course for a cost. So here I am with a practically new car with $1,000+ worth of paint damage just because I took it in to this dealer for a flat tire. My question would be how do I prove they did it? Even if I said I had pictures from the day before (which I don't have), that would not be proof because they could say it happened from the time I took the picture till it got to the dealer. The car is in the area and I would like to continue to take it to a factory dealer for some services to keep with the warranty. Does this mean the next time I need factory service I need to take pictures of every inch of the car and have the dealer sign off before they service it? I have pictures of the vehicle before it went in but they were from weeks before so they don't do any good. And it's not like I took close up pictures of the area they damaged to compare. All I know for sure is that the scratches were not there when the car was dropped off and they were there when it was picked up. Most expensive flat I have ever had. More

We got an immaculate vehicle and friendly, quick service. We know what we wanted before coming in. We called and asked if the vehicle we were interested in was still available and it was so we went in the same day. We took the car for a spin so that I was sure it's what I wanted and k instantly fell in love! They really worked with us to find financing that worked for us. I would give this place and all of the employees I came into contact with 100 stars if I could. I 100% recommend this place! More

Experience with #1 Cochran Hyundai with Samantha Vilga My husband and I were looking for an inexpensive second car. We came in not knowing if we would purchase or lease this car. We had never leased a car before in our 50 years together. We really did not know what leasing all included. One thing we knew for sure was that we really wanted to keep the monthly payment low since this was our second car. While we were waiting in the showroom a very lovely young lady named Samantha Vilga came over to us and introduced herself , and for sure this is when our wonderful experience began. Samantha immediately made us feel comfortable,offered us a beverage, and through conversation helped us sort out what we were looking for in a car. She is so knowledgeable on all the makes and models of the cars that with her help and expertise we settled on an Elantra . We went for a test drive and really did like this car. The only problem was that I was used to a 6 way power seat with lumbar support. When Samantha realized this she quickly showed us the Elantra Sport and to my surprise she showed it to us in my favorite color (bright blue).Samantha remembering that we had said early on that we needed to keep the monthly payment low she showed us both the payments for purchasing and leasing. We chose leasing because the payments were lower. We will recommend our friends and family to #1 Cochran solely because of our great experience with Samantha Vilga . You have a valuable salesperson in Samantha. She not only knows how to sell cars, she knows how to build relationships.
