Our 1st impression really wasn't that great. When we walked in there was no friendly welcome (all 3 times that we came to the store). The guys sitting behind the desk barely said hello and then called for Zak. It sort of made us feel like we weren't good enough to talk to themselves. Our salesman Zak, did a fine job. It was obvious that he was new and some of the information he provided us, specifically on warranty, wasn't all that clear or accurate, but overall he did a nice job. Unfortunately, we weren't able to finalize the deal on our second visit because the title couldn't be located so we had returned on Monday. On the bright side, it was nice that they let us drive the car over the weekend. We did apprecaite that. We were disappointed that the car didn't come with floor mats and to get them we'd have to purchase them from the dealer at cost. Seems to me this should have just been part of the deal. Our experience with Ian was very good. He was friendly and to the point. He helped to get us where we needed to be on our monthly payment and we really appreciated his time and patience. ALthough we were not impressed with our overall experience the main reason I said that I would not recommend the dealership has to do with how unfriendly everyone, other than Zak and Ian were. If nothing else, you expect to be greeted and welcomed when you walk in and on 3 different days we had the same reception...from the start, it just didn't make us feel like a valued customers. More

Buying a new car can be confusing, frustrating and a downright unpleasant experience, but Zak Tremont made the process easy and hassle free. He made sure I was comfortable and understood everything I needed to know about the cars I was looking to purchase. Ron was very informative and friendly. He talked me into getting an Elantra instead of a Sonata Hybrid. Most dealers try to make as much money and they can, but this was the better deal and least expensive getting an Elantra instead of a Sonata Hybrid. This is my 40th year driving and I can say without a doubt was my best experience in buying a car. Not only does the car far exceed what I expected, my sales rep Bob Pacella went above and beyond in mak doubt was my best experience in buying a car. Not only does the car far exceed what I expected, my sales rep Bob Pacella went above and beyond in making sure my car-buying experience was nothing but exceptional. As I test drove the car he thoroughly explained all the features and pointed out all the extras I never expected. The paperwork was quick and easy and he even went so far as to program my radio before I left! Unbelievable! I would be crazy to purchase a car anywhere else. More
