We visited Cochran Hyundai in order to find a new Elantra for purchase. Our salesman, Robert Pacella, was very helpful without being too instrusive on our visit. One day after we took the car home, we noticed there were some very minor dings to the paint on the back of the car, which we did not notice at the dealership. I emailed Mr. Pacella photos that Sunday afternoon to see if there was anything Cochran could do. He responded to my email late Sunday evening. He, again, responded Monday morning and without hesitation advised me to bring the car in for the minor body work. I brought the car in a few days later and had it back the same afternoon in perfect condition.
