Was not told when I brought the car in that a new battery with installation would cost over $600. Really felt ripped off. Oil change is now $100. Why come there to have that done anymore. Video review just basically showed my car sitting there and the mechanic said something like “There’s your car sitting there and we replaced your battery, did an oil change and rotated your tires”. Wow!!! That was helpful. In the past we have always been given (and a rep went over it with us) a comprehensive multi-point inspection report. No longer getting that I assume. Now it was just give us your money and goodbye. My Crosstrek is the 7th Subaru we’ve owned in the past 20+ years. Since we moved to this area, yours is the only dealership we have dealt with. We trusted you. Now I just feel that you have become way over priced and you service has deteriorated. Bottom line: Done with you and done with Subaru. The time previous to this that I was in your service area, I heard a potential customer get an outrageous estimate for a radiator flush and refill. That gentlemen asked what you labor rate was and was told $200 an hour. $200 X 2040 hours makes an annual wage cost of $400,800 a year. Really??? More
