Upon arriving, I met with Josh who was very cordial and professional. Waiting area was comfortable. The video provided was a nice touch. Josh was equally thorough as he reviewed the paperwork, went over what had been done, and recommendations going forward. Good job! More

Mr Rob Cochran I did not realize that your company was flush with cash to be able to treat your Service Customers in such a manner to call them a name “ annoying” yes your manager or - that is who he (J flush with cash to be able to treat your Service Customers in such a manner to call them a name “ annoying” yes your manager or - that is who he (John)claimed to be used that name for myself and my wife. These are the three people on July 5th that I came in contact with . John, Josh and Linda. I made an appt for an intermittent noise that was occurring on the drivers side. 6 hours later I had not received a call back for an update, so I started reaching out - no one would pick up the phone. It took me over 20 minutes to speak to someone only to be put on hold and dumped into a voicemail box. After that another hour for a call back- so that was over 7 hours without receiving an update. When Josh finally called back he said that they were not able to duplicate the noise and admitted that it was only run around in the back gravel lot. When I arrived back to the dealership to pick up my car- I asked for the video of the diagnostic because Josh did not instill any confidence that any real effort was put in to find the problem. I also asked him why he did not reach out sooner he said he was busy entering past paperwork from a system shut down. “Josh could not produce the diagnostic video because no one did one” Again instilling no confidence in your staff that any effort was put in to my problem. He then said record the noise and bring it back when it happens. On the way home the noise happened and I recorded it , I was less than a mile a way from home so I decided to call in stead of returning back to the dealership as it was near to closing time and I live over 30 minutes away. Again it took over twenty minutes to get through , yet when I left there were there people at the service desks and NO customers. When I finally get through a women named Linda answered I explained the situation, she argued with me about my experience and put me on hold for 10 minutes when John picked up, identified himself as the manager and proceeded to tell me that no one wanted to talk with me because I was annoying and that we can not use the recording and he was sure that the noise was not a big deal.. he also said I was welcome to take my vehicle somewhere else. You will find no documentation that this visit even occurred because they did not even write it up. I only have the key tag number from whe they initially took the vehicle in. WOW- never in my life have I experienced such dismissive, rude, un caring treatment. . Clearly you do not need my vehicle business in service or future purchases because you have people working for you like this who drives everyone away. I WILL NEVER BE BACK. and I am telling everyone I know, every chance I get. More

I purchased a 2022 Hyundai Santa Cruz at the south hills store. I paid MSRP for the first time in my life. I was given a certificate and told to present it at any Cochran dealership for free lifetime stat store. I paid MSRP for the first time in my life. I was given a certificate and told to present it at any Cochran dealership for free lifetime state inspections. That is all I was told. Not about any fees etc. Last year I had it inspected at the Butler Subaru store and was told I had to pay for the sticker which was about $12 with tax. I didn't say anything because I figured the sticker did cost money. On 12/7/23 I had it inspected there and when it was completed the service advisor stated all I had to pay for was the sticker and it was $17.45. I stated it was high but paid thinking the sticker cost had gone up. When I got home and checked on the gov website, the sticker is $11. I went back and checked all the paperwork given and on another page there is a fee for the service order!!!!!!!!!! I don't mind paying for what I get but do have a problem with not being treated fairly. More
Worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Went to the dealership before 3:30 PM, was outside looking at Foresters for about 10 minutes. Found one I liked, red $38,100.00. Went inside, no one at the reception desk, plenty of people alone at their cubicles. Hung out in the showroom, looking at a black Forester touring by the door and a couple of outbacks that were there and still was never approached by a sales person or anyone else.
