My first experience going in for my first ever oil change was very bubbly and informative. The man named Douglas I had at checkin and checkout was very nice and made me feel welcomed and answered any change was very bubbly and informative. My second experience going in for my first car inspection wasn’t so good. The lady named Kim seemed like she had a bug up her butt. She wasn’t very bubbly and didn’t make me feel welcomed. She gave me attuide when I asked to change the account to me being a primary with my phone number so I could get updates about my car first rather than my mom (since she is actually primary). Later at checkout she went over everything very fast way too fast and had a attuide about it and handed it mainly off to the checkout lady to handle. Before she handed it off the the checkout lady I said I think you didn’t change my phone number because I didn’t get a video update about how my car inspection went (it was sent to my mom). The lady said uhh I asked you this before but alright I’ll change it I’ll just have to make a new copy of this paper then (with complete attuide and even rolled her eyes). Made me feel bad about asking to change it to the right number since they put my moms number twice. But the checkout lady who I gave my payment to was very nice and said don’t worry about it I’ll handle it and the other lady just walked out of the room. More

After we declined repeatedly he got angry, very short with us and the rest of the purchase process was awkward. More

Tried to charge me for inspection and emissions. And I truly believe it wasn’t by mistake. Free lifetime inspections. Your service department knows it.
