Response time was terrible, they financed me through the wrong bank, and I had to wait at the dealership for 3 hours waiting to sign papers when I had everything completed prior to arriving at the dealershi wrong bank, and I had to wait at the dealership for 3 hours waiting to sign papers when I had everything completed prior to arriving at the dealership to avoid the long wait time.
