From the moment I called Sales Consultant Damien Cooney and worked with him along with Senior General Sales Manager Brandon Rocco, I knew I had chosen the right people and the right dealership, 6-hours awa and worked with him along with Senior General Sales Manager Brandon Rocco, I knew I had chosen the right people and the right dealership, 6-hours away from my Indiana home. They worked hard to earn my long-distance business on a new 2025 Camry XSE; in fact we worked so well together that I ended up buying a second new car from them, a 2025 Corolla XSE Hatchback. They made the right deals, and, being respectful of my 12-hour round trip to pick up each car, moved me quickly through the delivery process both days. I’d also like to mention that the detailing man, Richard, did a fantastic job on both cars. They were extremely well prepared for delivery to this very picky customer. Needless to say, after happily picking up both new cars this week, I highly recommend working with # 1 Cochran Toyota, Damien, Richard and Brandon. I really like that they are a family-owned dealership, as I prefer to support this type of store over the huge company-owned stores. Thank you for treating me so well. More

June 24 2024, I purchased a 2025 Camry Le and had a terribly BAD experience.with the SALES Department at Cochran Toyota of North Huntingdon ,Pa, 15642. After 16 days on July 10, 2025 I never got a conf terribly BAD experience.with the SALES Department at Cochran Toyota of North Huntingdon ,Pa, 15642. After 16 days on July 10, 2025 I never got a confirmation/bill from my Erie Auto Insurance Co. I called Erie Ins. and they said the new auto purchased was never received by Erie Insurance. I asked the salesman immediately after he took my insurance information on June 24 if he turned in my insurance info to Erie since he had gone into another office with my insurance information and had now returned. He replied, "Yes." I was driving for 16 day with a new vehicle with NO insurance coverage on the vehicle. Also the car had been driven 127 miles from Allegheny Toyota Inc. in Franklin, Pa. to Cochran Toyota in North Huntingdon, Pa. When I picked the car up it was parked in the bright sun on a 90 plus degree weather day. There were 4 small chips of paint on the hood which I and the salesman did not notice in the extremely bright sun when I picked the car up on June 24, 2025. Cochran Toyota of North Huntingdon REFUSED to repair these paint chips. The salesman manager said the dealership was not responsible for any paint repair once the car is driven off the lot. What a NEGATIVE experience. This was my 7th Toyota purchased at this location. The previous owner, Massie Toyota from whom I purchased my 6 previous Toyota accommodated me for several paint issues. Also, this is my first Hybrid electric vehicle. Certain operational techniques are different on a hybrid electric vehicle than on gas vehicles. The salesman explained very little about the automobile. When I got home I had no idea how to turn the accessories power off, I had no idea how to open the windows without starting the car's engine. I had no idea how to turn the car's power off. The salesman explained none of these features. He did explain how to start this vehicle and how to program the radio and nothing more. Also, in my opinion the salesman had an arrogant attitude during the entire sales session. I hesitate to purchased future automobiles from this Cochran Toyota dealership in North Huntingdon, Pa. 15642. I will say the "finance" gentlemen who accepted my payment for the automobile was very professional. Also, the service department is EXCELLENT since Cochran Toyota purchased this dealership from Massey Toyota several years ago. All in all purchasing this Toyota Camry from Cochran Toyota in North Huntingdon, (Irwin,Pa) was a Bad experience. Respectfully, Eugene Kos.... More
