Was on top of replying to all my emails and calls for updates on tracking the car from build status through delivery. Never being inpatient upon my 5 to 6 check in of the week lol 😆 I like to have everything all set in place for day of pickup and Chad and team made the delivery process smooth and timely. Chad spend the time to review features with us and never rushed us despite the fact he came in on his day off so we could pickup the car on our desired day. I would recommend using Chad as your sales person if you are looking for a great car buying experience! Thank you for helping us find this beautiful car. More

If you’re looking for a car with a dealership who can help you reach your goal, Cochran Toyota is that dealer. I’ve selected a specific 2023 Toyota model, trim and color for my wife. Today the car market help you reach your goal, Cochran Toyota is that dealer. I’ve selected a specific 2023 Toyota model, trim and color for my wife. Today the car market is the most difficult ever. Buying a new car was never a problem in the past. One could order a favorite car trim for about 20% off manufacturer suggested price on average. Today most car dealers dropped M from MSRP. Manufacturer suggestions are ignored. Prices increased exorbitantly. Massively expensive and bogus unwanted add-ons, spread like plaque. For example, many dealers charge extra for air in tires. They inform gullible customers that nitrogen prevents rim rust. Uneducated buyers are not aware 80% of air is nitrogen. Steel rims are coated to prevent internal rust, and aluminum rim does not oxidize at all. Some dealers pack LoJack even if not ordered. Few thousand $ market adjustment is the new national norm. First I visited a few of my local Chicagoland dealers. One created a $40 thousand price for a $30 thousand MSRP car and could not even clearly articulate all price components. Another local dealer asked me to sign a declaration that my car preference will take 6 to 9 months to arrive. IT WAS MY WAKE UP CALL. I started searching nationwide. One way flight is usually only around $200. Contacting many Toyota dealers, I have encountered the same grim situation across the country. Omnipresent lack of transparency together with bait and switch tactics. Using cargurus.com I have contacted over twenty Toyota dealers. I have found two decent ones, but only Cochran Toyota delivered! I recommend the Cochran Toyota team: Joe Cowser, Eric Golembieski, Chad Halsted, Mark Kromel, Leonard Adams and Kyle Collins. INTEGRITY, KNOWLEDGE, COMMUNICATION AND EFFICIENCY. My deal was fast, because I already knew the car and did not need to test it. I was allowed to pay online with a bank wire transfer. I emailed needed documents. I even was able to exchange electronically signatures on my retail purchase agreement. Elsewhere obtaining a copy of Monroney Label ( windows sticker) was a problem. Many other dealers post default pictures on their website. Customers may never know if a car is really on the lot or not. Car color then is also a puzzle. There is no way to know the out of the door price without physically visiting those dealers. All their effort is dedicated to harvesting customers' email, telephone and lure them to the site. If they do not buy, they are bombarded with spam and harassed with phone calls to buy what is currently in, not what they ask. THE COCHRAN TOYOTA IS DIFFERENT. The team treats customers like they want to be treated. It is so rare nowadays. We are very happy with our new purchase! THANK YOU COCHRAN TOYOTA! More

Sat Sept 24 on my way from Colorado to Philadelphia I had severe knocking and banging in left front wheelwell. Limped into Cochran #1, not expecting much help on Saturday with no appointment. Was greeted by Rachel, very courteous, friendly, professional. She was sympathetic to my situation and worked me into service as soon as she could. Service technician determined I was lucky, it was just loose lug nuts They did not take advantage, I would have believed much worse. He also polished my badly discolored headlight lenses for free. I also had them replace my weak battery while I was there. I was back on the road in two hours after expecting to have to spend the weekend in Pittsburgh. Cashier Beth was equally nice and courteous on checkout. Forgot to mention I looked grubby from extended camping trip and they still treated me with total respect. All in all I could not have received better treatment. My thanks to everyone involved. More

I recently bought a "#1 Cochran Certified Used" Vehicle from this dealership. I don't leave reviews, but my experience with this dealership was so bad, that it deserves this review. DO NOT trust their serv from this dealership. I don't leave reviews, but my experience with this dealership was so bad, that it deserves this review. DO NOT trust their service department, or what they deem "certified used." Within two weeks of purchasing our vehicle, we had multiple serious issues. I took the car to #1 Cochran Subaru Service and was asked, "Where did you buy this car? It should have never been sold." When I told them that I had bought it from #1 Cochran Toyota, it was no surprise to them. I was told #1 Cochran Toyota of North Huntingdon's service department has a terrible reputation for their work and looking over vehicles. The vehicle has been in the shop multiple times with different problems. We've driven the car less than it's been in the shop. I have tried to contact our salesman, as well as the general manager with no additional service from them. The major issues were safety issues that involved the front axles and airbag sensors. Problems that could have cost my wife's life or my own had we been in an accident in what #1 Cochran deemed a, "#1 Cochran Certified" vehicle. I would never recommend anyone to buy a car here, let alone have them put air in my tires. More
