Great Sales Person! - Kathleen (Kitty) Lenart My husband and I hate new car shopping. I sent out an email to various dealers with the car I wanted and all the details. The email stated I hated c My husband and I hate new car shopping. I sent out an email to various dealers with the car I wanted and all the details. The email stated I hated car shopping and to make the experience as painless as possible and to email me their best price. I included the blue book price for the value of my trade in. Kitty was the first to respond and give me a price with my trade-in. She beat 3 other dealer prices (which I might add was very slow to come in and one dealer wanted to see the price I got from Kitty before they would deal). When we arrived at the Cochran show room my husband and I thought for sure we were going to have to negotiate the trade in price but Kitty immediately told us the trade in price was not going to change. She held to the price she gave me, we did a test drive and bought the car. Before we left the lot she sat with us for at least 20 minutes showing us all the new technical bells and whistles and told us to call her if we had any questions because she knew all the new technology is confusing. She even programmed my Smart Phone to connect to the car. She was extremely easy and helpful to work with. She should be teaching salesmanship to car sales people. Loved her!!!! My niece is in the market for a new Highlander and I am going to refer her to Kitty when she is ready. More
