Service department folks are very friendly however, price quoted for front brakes pads and rotors was $150 more than other places. Brake system flush price was almost double. My 4Runner had dirty hand prints on the front of it and for the second time, my drivers seat had been adjusted and not returned to its original position. This is just plain annoying. On a previous visit, the contents of my glove compartment had been removed and just thrown back in. If you are going to charge a premium for service, then go the extra mile to make it a great, and not frustrating experience. More
