Kitty drove all the way to Virginia and back just to pick up the one I wanted! If that isn't great service, I don't know what is! Kyle continually greeted us nicely every time we walked in, and if there was anything on the car that Kitty did not fully understand, Kyle was there to help! Charlie was also nice to work with. He was the one who has us sign all the papers, but he cut us any and every deal he could to give us the best price possible. All-in-all, the experience was fantastic and all of these people are extremely nice and relatable people to talk to! More

Nolan, Kyle, Charlie and the other associates working late on a Friday night to sell me my new RAV-4 collaborated well with each other. They appear to have a genuinely good rapport and that made the sale environment much better and more enjoyable for me.
