She explained to me all what is needed for my daughter’s car. Some of the other advisors in this particular branch is not very helpful and friendly.

The last two visits to the service department for oil
change only. Each visit took over one and a half hours. The appointments were scheduled for 730 and 8am on different dates. Waited for both. I think
