I was able to have a very friendly and honest transaction, I really felt like it was a good and friendly experience (as I have certainly gotten that skeezy vibe from dealerships all around the place, and it was refreshing to not feel that way at all here!) I got to leave with a very nice smooth sedan that will really serve me well, and all over I was very impressed with my experience here! At least check them out if you're looking for a used car because the folks at 101 Auto are going to be really laid-back and friendly, you can poke around at the cars and no one will try and pressure you like at a big dealership, it's wonderful! More

Great experience, very painless Car shopping is usually something I dread, but I'm really glad that I found the truck I wanted right away at 101 Auto Outlet. Scott and team are everything that you want in a dealership but with none of the bad stuff. I went in knowing specifically what I was looking for and they did an awesome job of making that happen. The whole process of test driving, discussing the terms, and signing the papers was extremely painless and they were very helpful along the way. I'd highly recommend going to this dealer and look forward to going to them for my maintenance needs. More

I am happy with the car I purchased. I bought the first car I drove. I was shown a couple of other cars that did not interest me and were above my price range. Maybe I'm not a well train I bought the first car I drove. I was shown a couple of other cars that did not interest me and were above my price range. Maybe I'm not a well trained haggler, but there wasn't much room for price negotiation. I was surprised that the out-the-door price was much higher than the agreed on price. I would recommend telling customers in advance about all the added taxes and fees. The car was clean and in good condition with high mileage. There was a molding strip missing from the side. I was promised that it would be replaced. It took several weeks and phone calls before it was delivered. This company was recommended by my trusted mechanic. I am happy with the car. More
