Helped an old guy with poor credit out. These guys helped me out so much. I've had some hard time in the past that has caused my credit to not be so good. Amazing place I read through the reviews and wasn't sure what to think at first. I was a little skeptical because there are some negative reviews posted, but there I read through the reviews and wasn't sure what to think at first. Helped a broke college student out I just moved to the Dallas area recently to attend college. My parents bought me a used car when I was 16 but it was giving out and it was time to rep I just moved to the Dallas area recently to attend college. My parents bought me a used car when I was 16 but it was giving out and it was time to replace it. I started looking online because being a college student I needed something affordable obviously. I found several vehicles on 1and2 website that looked nice and in my price point. So I decided to stop by and see what they could offer me. Just plain horrible rude and lairs they don't care about you So I was there a couple days ago with my husband and 2 kids. We waiting for about an hr and half to see someone. Finally when we went in we discussed So I was there a couple days ago with my husband and 2 kids. We waiting for about an hr and half to see someone. Finally when we went in we discussed our payment and what I was going to put down and all this stuff. One part I thought was werid I never was able to see the boss man. But either way we were going to get things going and I handed him $600 then went to the bank to get another $400 to be able to put down $1000. Well this guy knew I was a first time buyer didn't have a car of my own and I wasn't even from Texas was from Arizona. Well have the contract was read and sign he asked if about the insurance. Well unfortunately I didn't have insurance because I didn't even know what car I was going to receive and by the time every was done the insurance place was closed so I wasn't able to get insurance on the vehicle. I was upset demanded my money but was told it was a done deal. So when I went home tried to figure a way with the insurance but when I was trying to add insurance one company didn't let me and then I was told it would be 250 plus for insurance. I called the dealer back and told him I couldn't afford a $400 payment a month plus insurance. I asked him why couldn't he tell me about the insurance first before bring out the contract. He just laugh said it was a done deal I ain't getting my money back. So now I'm carless and no money. On top of that they want me to go and sign paper to give up the car voluntarily. What upsets me is I never even owned the car now if the car was mine then why did I not have the keyes no instead they locked it up in the back. I could have my keys even if I didn't have insurance. But they took both I told them I was going to take legal matters and they said they didn't care I ain't getting my money back. They totally lie about wanting to help you and understanding your situation they just rip you off. Real dealer ships don't do that. Least at real dealer ships they sit with you and explain the pages of the contract not walk away and do his own thing. They took us as bait. More
