Very Unprofessional Scam Artists My son saw an add online for a car with a decent price. When we got there the car had been sold but we looked at a couple of others. We drove one an My son saw an add online for a car with a decent price. When we got there the car had been sold but we looked at a couple of others. We drove one and went inside to look at the financing. Before we drove the car I did a credit application and from that application the salesman said that the finance manager said that I would be able to get financing on just about anything on the lot. The car I chose was and ’08 Camry with about 130,000 miles. We went back inside to work on the deal. Before I test drove the car it was priced at 6,500. The sales guy came back with an initial offer that now had the car at over 10K and having to pay TT&L of about 1100. I balked so they brought the price back down and asked me how much I wanted my monthly payments at. Then the finance person comes out and handwrites an agreement on the back of the sheet the salesman had basically that said if they got me a deal with payments I was looking for that I would accept it….the only thing is that there was no number of months attached to it. When I said I would not sign an open ended statement the finance guy went into a back room. When he came back he said I thought you had good credit, 20 banks have turned you down , get out of here and then began cursing and making a scene. I told him all my credit lines were good except for a recent chargeoff (Jan 2015) with a balance of $400 as I had just looked at my complete credit report the night before. He became really loud and continued to curse and make a scene. No less than 7 of their salesmen and staff surrounded us as if they would assault us. Many of them continuing to curse and say stupid stuff. Two days later I just went to a reputable car lot and financed a 2012 certified Nissan with half the miles and with less cost with a good interest rate and no money down. How could 20 banks turn down a credit app in 5 minutes for some one with a credit score of 620 ? It is a scam. More

We have some credit problems and didn't have a lot of money to use as a down payment, but Michael was able to get us approved for a very nice Nissan Altima. Michael was very friendly and knowledgable about the cars he showed, as well as totally up front about exactly how our deal was being made and how it would work. He also gave us a quick lesson in credit repair with a few tips about how my husband and I could use the purchase of our daughter's new car, as well as a couple of websites that we have gone to in order to get our credit scores up from where they are right now. I would reccomend the guys at 1and2 Automoitve to anyone I know. The entie staff was courteous and polite, making the car buying experience, which is usually so stressful, quite pleasent. The sales person we dealt with (Michael Lochlear) asked us what day of the month would best suit us to pay the car each month, we chose the 15th of every month he gave us the ok and said that would not be a problem. Or SUV was repossessed 3 weeks after purchasing on a Sunday morning. Come Monday a.m we went in to 1and2 Automotive to speak to Michael specifically to ask what had happened to our SUV and why it was repossessed, another employee said Michael was out sick so we were taken to an abandoned, dirty office and was talked to by Bob I believe who is the Manager. He stated our contract had defaulted due to non payment of our first payment, we told him our payment was not due until June 15th which was 8 days away. He then replied " your contract states June 6th is your due date so we picked it up June 7th" we then told him "We agreed with our salesman Michael that our first payment would be June 15th and he agreed and had no problem with the date" The Manager replied " I do apologize but nowhere in the contract does it state June 15th due date and you are now in default and in order to get your vehicle back you will need to pay the ENTIRE car note plus repossession fees, storage fees, and any other fee that applies" My husband and I ask what him "What about our down payment" The manager just shrugged his shoulders, totally unprofessional, and had no idea what the heck to say!!! . We leave in disbelief and anger and later I call 1and2 automotive and ask for Michael once again to try and get his explanation to all this, the person who answered ask for my entire name and puts me on hold, he comes back on the line 5 minutes later and says "Michael is out ill" so I have my friend call from her cell phone and ask for Michael and GUESS WHAT he answers his work extention and she gives me the phone. Once I told him who I was he paused and says "how can I help you?" so I begin to ask why he didnt go through with our due date that we agreed on for every 15th of the month? He studdered and then pretended to act like I was the crazy and said " I have no idea what you are talking about,what does your contract state? what day is the first payment due?" so I get furious and respond to him that how can he lie through his teeth to cover his wrong doing and hang up on him??? Now my family and I are out our hard earned honest money we worked for and a car. We put our money and trust to these guys and they took total advantage of the situation and us. They are theives, money hungry, dishonest CRIMINALS! They need to be shut down, I can only imagine how many HONEST, HARD WORKING people they have burned. More

Buyers Beware!!! I went to this dealership to buy a vehicle they advertised, it's bait and switch! What they advertise isn't what they had. Ya, it looked just like the vehicle advertised, but wasn't same vehicle. Sales guys will try and get you to sign a paper saying you'll buy a vehicle. Vehicles are from auctions and in bad shape, but none of the damage or work gets reported to carfax. Hmmmm...They fix them up in back where you can't see. They will not give you deposits backs and YES, they will lie to your face about the vehicles. If you want to waste your money, over pay, get a bad vehicle and a headache from listening to lie after lie. By all means, buy a vehicle from them. You'll regret it! More
