Thanks for writing a review. As you note, the maximum FICO credit score is 850, however there are other credit services that go up to 950 as noted below. A credit score of 868 is impressive, so there was no "sweet talk" going on - it is truly an accomplishment you should be proud of. FICO Score range: 300-850 VantageScore 3.0 range: 300–850 VantageScore scale: 501–990 Experian’s PLUS Score: 330-830 TransUnion New Account Score 2.0: 300-850 Equifax Credit Score: 280–850 As a company policy, we require a down payment on all vehicles, typically a minimum of $1,000, but as you had stellar credit we felt comfortable with a $100 deposit. I'm sorry you felt that it was a waste of your time, but I'm glad you were able to get into a vehicle that meets your needs.

Thanks for taking a time to write a review. I'm sorry that you were frustrated having to buy new tires for your truck, however, all of our vehicles are advertised and sold in "as-is" condition, just like if you had bought the car from a private seller. Since the vehicle was sold in "as-is" condition and it is not under warranty, we are not responsible for providing you with free tires. As for your complaint relating to having your vehicle repossessed, since you missed your first payment on the vehicle, which is known as "first payment default" in the finance industry, we followed standard industry practice to reclaim the car. As for your comment about having to pay $100 to have us look at the car, since there was no way to tell what caused the light to come on without running a full diagnostic, we do charge a $95 fee, which is standard practice throughout the industry. Our diagnostic fees are similarly priced to other service facilities in the area. Thank you again for taking the time to review us and I hope this helps explain our policies to you.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review about your experience. From time to time we have clients that show up late or appointments that take longer than expected, and it sounds like in your case there was some miscommunication with the front desk. We sincerely apologize for the confusion surrounding your appointment time and understand your frustration. In regards to the Scion you were looking at, unfortunately, another client had wrecked the car during a test drive, and as such, we were unable to show it to you when you arrived. Regarding the suggestion to take a loan out, we work with many clients who have successfully rebuilt their credit through one of our preferred lenders. Our salesperson was simply laying out all the options available to you, and while you found the interest rate to be high, the rate that clients are offered are based upon current income and credit score and are not something we control. In the event that a client does take a loan on a vehicle, they are required to carry full insurance coverage on it in case of an accident, which our salesperson had explained. Again, thank you for taking the time to review us and I'm glad that you were able to find a car in the end that worked for you.
