I am so disgusted with this place. I feel Nissan should not allow this dealership to use their name. The Sales Manager has absolutely no manners as to how to speak to a customer. Today morning I went down with my family to car shop. we did not want a color they had, but we were ready to compromise if they would have given us a good price. the salesman went back and forth with us on the price but we were not convinced. Finally we gave him a price but he was not convinced with that. We were walking towards our car, when the manager Kim Ewing approached us and started negotiating a deal but we were not interested. He became a little aggressive and started abusing (used F*** words). I was astonished listening to this. I asked him to stop abusing but on top of everything he became racist to me. I was so taken back with the way I was treated. A simple "sorry sir, we cannot sell you at this price" was sufficient, there was no reason to abuse and treat us like this. I am so pissed with them and have decided to switch from Nissan to some other brand. I would strongly advise to not approach this dealership, if you want to buy Nissan. Even if you have to drive to Valencia or some other Nissan dealership. More

Their customer service was incredible and I got a killer deal...and this is the car I've had my eye on for quite a while. This is the place to go and these are the guys you wanna talk to. More

When I scheduled my appointment they told me it would take about an hour. Told my boss I'd be an hour and a half late. Took them 2.5 hours to change the hydraulic brake fluid (which I found out I really take about an hour. Told my boss I'd be an hour and a half late. Took them 2.5 hours to change the hydraulic brake fluid (which I found out I really don't need after 1 year), test the battery, and swap out the "in-cabin" filter. Apparently they didn't have time to test the heater, which I told them has never worked. By the time I could get out of there, I was so late for work I was ready to steal my own car. No they would not give me a ride, said it's too far. No chance of a loaner car, they told me. For the $160 they charged me, you'd think they'd bother to reset the "Battery maintenance due" alert and the other two alerts (AC filter, tire rotation). According to the guy, there is no battery maintenance, they're just testing the battery. So in summary, I should have spent $20 on a new "in-cabin" filter and installed it myself, if I even needed one (which I probably did not). I would have saved 2 hours and $140. More

I purchased my 2013 Altima in Sept 2012 and the experience was the best I've ever had when buying a new car. My salesman, Doug Scimeca, was so very helpful with all of his knowledge regarding the experience was the best I've ever had when buying a new car. He not only gave all the information for my new car but he actually showed me how to set up my preferences with the radio and my cell phone and personally showed me how to lower the seats giving me more space in the trunk. At no time did I feel like there was any pressure for me to buy the car, as I have experienced at other dealerships. I also have nothing but good things to say regarding the service department. When I brought my car in for servicing I was told that it would take about an hour and I opted to stay and wait. They were so very accommodating while I waited, continuously checking with me, and keeping me updated on the progress and yes, it only took 1 hour, just as they said. I know that whenever I need to bring my car in for servicing I can be assured that everything will be taken care of and in a timely manner and professionally. I will recommend 1st Nissan to all of my friends and family and to anyone who also wants a 5 star experience. More
