Buying a vehicle/Sale person review I want to give a big thanks for everything that Jamielle Bowie did to make our experience a good one even though it could of been a bad experience bec I want to give a big thanks for everything that Jamielle Bowie did to make our experience a good one even though it could of been a bad experience because they sold the truck we wanted to another store, we took the truck over night to make sure it was the one we wanted. We came back the next day to purchase the truck and that was when they informed us it had been sold to another dealer. We were very upset because me and my son both really fell in love with the truck. JAMIELLE BOWIE did everything she could to make sure we got the vehicle that we wanted she went with us to the other dealer and went through the whole process with us, she stayed until the very end and helped us with all of our concerns. I was very IMPRESSED with JAMIELLE BOWIE from the very start all the way to the end of the sale. She was very KNOWLEDGEABLE about the vehicles, about they way things work and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND her to anyone that was looking to buy a vehicle. We have been to several places and talked to a lot of different sales people and she was the most KNOWLEDGEABLE SALESPERSON we had talked to. We were upset that we couldn't make the purchase from Honda but happy we got the truck we fell in love with!! THANK YOU JAMIELLE BOWIE!!! I also want to thank ARTHUR BOWIE because he also helped us with the process and helped us get somethings we wanted added in. He also stayed to the very end of our transaction which was very late because of all the confusion with the truck being sold to the other dealer. ARTHUR and JAMIELLE were both wonderful people to have working for us to help us through getting the truck we fell in love with. More

We drove out with not 1, but 2 beautiful cars that we both REALLY wanted!!!! No money out of our pockets, bumper to bumper warranties and 2 huge smiles with happy hearts!!?????? Thank u😍🥰 More

Used 2018 Rav 4 Experience TLDR: See last paragraph for summary. I saw a car online that I liked and was in the price range I was hunting for. I called, spoke with Andrew Etc TLDR: See last paragraph for summary. I saw a car online that I liked and was in the price range I was hunting for. I called, spoke with Andrew Etcheverry, and scheduled a meeting. I test drove 3 days in a row and finally purchased the 3rd day. Not once was I pressured by Andrew or felt like I was being mislead. This review will be split into 3 sections: Test drives, purchasing, and aftermath. Test drives: Andrew was a very friendly guy who wasn't trying to up-sell me or hide facts. There wasn't any BS going on the entire time with him and he spent a large amount of time riding around in 2 cars with me. He wasn't trying to sell me the car, he was trying to find something that I liked and it made the entire experience enjoyable. There wasn't the standard nonsense of pressuring, guilt tripping, trying to convince you or confuse you into buying -- it was all straight forward, friendly, and enjoyable. Purchasing: The sales manager is a little pushy but that's expected. It's a business, they are meant to sell cars. He was respectful and tried to work with me on the price. I ended up buying it at the price they had because it was already the lowest price and it was a 2018 vehicle under warranty still. KBB and truecar didn't really have any lower prices of SOLD vehicles (not LISTED). Plus, I liked the vehicle and wasn't going to haggle that hard over a few hundred bucks. Finance manager had me in-and-out in 20 minutes. It took a little time getting the other things handled but it isn't like buying groceries, it takes time. I appreciated that they didn't continue trying to waste my time with selling options I didn't want. I used my own financing so maybe that had something to do with it though, not sure. Aftermath: It's only been a few days still but they are still working with me on getting the car to what I want. Roof racks are being researched for me and sold to me either at-cost or slightly cheaper than I'd be able to get anyways. They are fixing a window issue that I thought was just dirt but is actually something else. All in all, it's been great. Andrew has been in contact with me throughout to ensure everything is what I expected it to be. It did take them some time to finally get around to finding me roof-racks but it was the weekend and things move slow sometimes, no knock on them. Overall: Andrew is great. Sales manager was a little pushy but not unkind or rude, just wanting to make a sale of a great car. Financing took no time at all. Detailing found a solution to my problem and is fixing it for me. This review can change if the promises of roof-racks and window fixing doesn't come to fruition, but I do not expect that to happen. The dealership and the employees have been fantastic and I would be surprised to see that change. Highly Highly recommended -- Other dealerships were either uncaring and volume sellers, too pushy, or simply untruthful. This place exceeded all expectations and I'm glad they are located in Stillwater. More

Brakes were extremely squeaky, & my brake light was on. I spoke with Tim about my brake concerns. He completely made sure that they were done correctly, & that the correct parts were ordered.
