We are sorry we could not provide you the level of service you expected. We would love to sell everyone a vehicle, but we understand that may not always be possible. Unfortunately we were not able to meet the expectations you had in regard to your sight unseen trade and your choice to finance it with your home town bank AKA "Cash Deal" when there are still unknow variables to consider in regard to your trade. We are very sorry we couldn't make it work for you and we hope you were able to find a vehicle that fit your wants and needs.

I sent pictures, a video, and all applicable information on my trade. Despite two other dealers offering me a higher amount I accepted both your low offer on my trade and the advertised price of your vehicle. We had agreed to final amounts of the deal. I can send screenshots where after the fact your sales manager said if I’m not buying any warranty or back end product they would go back on their word and back out of the deal.

The day you and your son come up to the dealership to take delivery, we provided your son with all of the components needed to change a tire. I know he is out of state, but we would be happy to send him a video of how to use the factory equipment we provided him.
