Hello, Thank you for the multiple posts and concerns you have noted, since we visited on Wednesday. After listening to the appointment call, you were quoted a diagnostic charge as discussed and anything related to that would have been covered in discovery. Upon arrival you requested we look at multiple other things, that is not within the same scope of the original concern. I am sorry we could not spend multiple hours going over multiple concerns for 1 diagnostic fee of unrelated items. Once we shared that information with you, we returned your vehicle from the shop (as you kindly requested) and did not charge you anything. We do appreciate your business and we thank you for your purchase in 2015; and, we hope you will shop with his again in the future. We apologize for the chairs, as we have chairs on order and thanks for bringing the bathrooms to our attention, as this was the 1st report of that. Again, I am sorry this visit was not favorable, but I do hope you shop with us again.
