We did not have a good experience with 6th Ave Honda. There was poor customer service and limited communication. They were unable to obtain a part that I was able to find at a junk yard in 24 hours after There was poor customer service and limited communication. They were unable to obtain a part that I was able to find at a junk yard in 24 hours after picking up my vehicle. I’m not sure why they couldn’t find the need used part. My vehicle sat in the parking lot for 5 weeks with nothing done to it. They were also asked to look at the tire, which was flat. They said they couldn’t find an issue. When I got the vehicle home, there was an obvious crack in the tire. This tells me they didn’t even look at it. We will be taking our business elsewhere from now on. More

I stay on top of my business. The facts that day were 3 vans priced at 24 and change ours bc of milage was 21 and change. I also realize we have signed the papers so done is done.
