Hello, I am sorry you did not have the experience we would have hoped for, especially after running over a tire that busted your fuel tank. We worked with your insurance company as requested and per the request of the insurance company, we went with a used tank. When the used tank was delivered, it had holes in it and could not be used. After following up and getting the approval to order a new fuel tank, it was still on national back order. I know we followed up every couple of days with an update, but I can still understand the frustration. With the part being on national back order, unfortunately our hands were tied. It’s my hope that if you have service or purchasing needs, you will give us a chance to earn your business. If there is anything we can do to help, please do not hesitate to call.
