They had to order the part needed for my repair, but they were very accommodating with the scheduling of the return visit to fit with my schedule. Everyone I dealt with was very helpful and friendly. They have a shuttle to drop you off at home or work if the repairs will take a long time so you don't have to spend hours in a waiting room. I received a link to the estimate on my phone, and was able to review and approve all the work that needed to be done. Every item on the final bill was fully explained. Connor did a great job keeping me informed about the progress. Very pleased with the service department! More
