So, I had a complimentary oil change card from my last visit here because the service was so poor. So, when I get to my appointment I was told that service was under new management and would not honor my visit here because the service was so poor. So, when I get to my appointment I was told that service was under new management and would not honor my coupon. Extrememly upsetting as I had counted on that and ended up over budget $50 bucks. Second, I took my car in and the sunroof was open. When I got my car back the sunroof was closed (which is fine); however, the button casing/cover that you push/slide to open close is gone! More
I am disappointed to see that as a customer I am asked to wear a mask, but the porters who drive the cars are not wearing a mask when driving the cars.
