Perhaps like you, I've had some bad experiences in the past with price changes, buying pressure, and salesmen who were obviously only interested in my wallet. I went into this experience preparing for the same, but 6th Avenue Honda was absolutely amazing to do business with. We worked with Chase who from start to finish was professional, honest, easy to work with and a great help to us. It felt like buying from a friend more than a salesman. The dealership went the extra mile with us in service and on our trade-in. 6th Avenue Honda is the first place I will go when we need our next vehicle. More

Regular Maintenance Fine; Health Concern ? I was able to schedule and oil change and tire rotation quickly online. I found their online forms non-intuitive. next buttons were not apparent and h I was able to schedule and oil change and tire rotation quickly online. I found their online forms non-intuitive. next buttons were not apparent and highlighting was unclear so I was not sure at times what information had been accepted and what needed to be clicked on. "Next" buttons did not appear as expected. The visit itself went fairly well. The service was completed in less than an hour while I waited. The waiting area is not large but there was only one other customer waiting so it was possible to maintain social distancing. Both of us wore masks. There was a fair amount of employee traffic through the waiting area. The employees did not wear masks but social distancing was only briefly compromised. At the conclusion of the servicing of the vehicle the service manager wanted to discuss possible replacement of tires. She did this by standing in the waiting area a reasonable distance away from the customers. At this time I had not been presented with any of the mechanics reports. It seemed that I was being pressured to make a decision on replacing tires on the spot. I was unwilling to do that. A few minutes later my vehicle appeared but no one spoke to me. After several minutes I went into the cashier area and was able to pay for the service and depart. The cashier did not wear a mask and we were separated only by a about two feet of counter. Because nothing was said about virus transmission precautions. I wiped down the steering wheel and other surfaces when I got into the vehicle. Both the other customer and I were old enough to be in the high risk group but I got little indication that spreading the virus was of concern. More
