Found the problem and let me know, will schedule an appointment as soon as I hear from her again and I can get my schedule cleared. More

The sales representative will tell something, finance person will tell something else, the manager will tell something else, and the service person will tell totally different story. They promised me something and sold me something. Of course they gave me the car I wanted. But they didn't provide the rate they promised, they didn't provide the free service they promised, and finally their communication with their customers is the ultimate mess. Here is my experience: This was my first time purchasing a car and I did that without any guidance and support, and also I was in immediate need of a car. I preferred this place, even though other dealers at Oklahoma gave me better deals, because it was nearby to where I work and live. The sales representative told some of the unique services they provide are: 5 free oil changes and full car windows tint service. The manager promised to get better interest rate (I got this car in loan). I just believed all those and at the final paper work stage they gave me higher interest loan amount. The reason they told was understandable and interest rates are not stable. While signing paper works, they asked me if I wanted any "other" services offered by Honda. I rejected those since they were in complete different names and the "free oil change" service was a part of it. So everything is done now and I took the car. They told they would give a call soon to put on the tint. BUT THAT NEVER HAPPENED FOR 5 MONTHS. After 5000 miles and 5 months, Honda made automatic appointment for me for the oil change service. And I went to the appointment and gave the car. When I receive the car, they told YOU DON'T HAVE ANY ROYAL TREATMENT PLAN, SO WE CANNOT GIVE IT FOR FREE. And, I ended up paying 50 bucks. So if you are purchasing a car with these guys, 1. Don't rush like me 2. If you ask other dealers, they will provide much better deals and provide open ended sales 3. Get in official written notice whatever deals and sales they tell during initial talks More

I wasn't having any luck in my search but I was visiting a friend in Stillwater and they mentioned I should check out 6th Avenue Honda. I stopped by on a Saturday to look at Accords. Everyone was very nice and very helpful. I came back a few days later and bought my new Honda. The service was excellent and I love my car. More

Helpful with warranty coverage I went in to get a new battery because I knew it had died. The staff was super helpful, but then they realized when looking up my record that my car w I went in to get a new battery because I knew it had died. The staff was super helpful, but then they realized when looking up my record that my car was still under warranty and the warranty would cover the cost of the replacement - I didn’t even know that. They walked me through the whole process of getting assistance to tow my car to the location, and we got the battery tested and replaced. Even though the test took a long time they constantly kept me updated so I didn’t feel like I was waiting around for nothing. More
