I.appeciate the effort,but I've had my car there twice for a lengthy time, both times didn't fix the problem.. I had scheduled an appointment and I had Jose meet me at the door. He showed me the vehicles I was interested in. We took a brief test drive and I decided to make a purchase. He also was showing an assistant, who was in training some valuable insight as to what to do and what not to do all while being very patient and professional. overall, I am pleasantly surprised and pleased with all of the associates I had to deal with during the transaction from sales to finance to delivery and drive away.
