Fine experience . However, I feel coersion tactics are used by being told that services (other than the original scheduled service) need to be performed otherwise my . This makes me very uncomfortable. This has happened a few times now and I haven't had my car 2 years yet (purchased brand new). Darryl, on the other hand, is a service advisor that I trust will only push additional services to make recommendations in my best interest as a consumer.
