Walter was always friendly, attentive, responsive, and helpful; even though I'm not the easiest person to work with. I understand that both Walter and others were very helpful in working through the change in vehicle, when my request could have easily been denied. This is a level of service which is above and beyond in my opinion. I got a fantastic deal and fantastic financing and felt confident in my purchase. I very much appreciated the 'tour' of my new car to ensure I knew all of the features and how to use them. The only negative was that I did spend a lot of time sitting around waiting once I decided to purchase the car. That was more my fault for coming in on a Saturday, and I appreciated the comfortable waiting area (with cable and coffee) and the conversations I had with staff while I was waiting. Overall, a great low-pressure experience with friendly and honest staff. I highly recommend A&L motors for your next BMW! More

BMW X5 Purchase I've had the pleasure of dealing with both Sales and Service at A&L Motors. The entire crew went above and beyond on every facet of this purchase. Although a used BMW X5, they treated it and me as though it was as new car purchase as well as carting my disorganized tail around to get some paperwork straightened out. I experienced a minor AC problem after pickup and understanding that I live 2 hours away, they saw that my vehicle was quickly serviced and back in operation within hours. They even game me a loaner to take home, projected it the repairs would take a day and before my son and I could finish seeing Star Trek at the Monroeville Mall, it was done. I have not one negative thing to say about anyone I dealt with. All the unique personalities make a great team and they showed me nothing but respect, courtesy and high customer service I wouldn't expect anywhere else. This is my second BMW purchase from A&L but it won't be my last. More

Great Service I had to take my car in for a service, water pump break down. I was also considering a new car. The service manager Mike, a great guy I had worked in I had to take my car in for a service, water pump break down. I was also considering a new car. Spoke with George and went thru the features that were important for me on a new car. It was a pain staking process for George to go thru the inventory, he also had to contact the other dealers in the area to get the car I want. Paperwork was completed and two people came to my house to deliver my car and pick up the trades.
