We weren't planning on driving it, but we were just hoping to see what it looked like in person. Brian Schaeffer assisted us and never once looked at his watch when it went 20 minutes past closing time. He even let my husband do a test drive and then took us to his office to discuss our options. He did not pressure us to buy anything, but he told us to go home and discuss things and he'd be happy to help us if we decided that was the car for us. We went back Monday, May 8, to purchase the car, and Brian took another 4 hours making sure all the paperwork was correct and then showing us how the technology worked in the car. So when my local Che I was in the market for a subcompact SUV and found the Chevy Trax, with its current set of company discounts an excellent deal. So when my local Chevy dealer (AT Chevrolet) had one on their web site, I decided to make a visit. My sales person "Brian Schaeffer" was great; fully explained the vehicle, gave me a test drive, and was astute enough to see the "AT" tag on my trade-in (which I had purchased used from the dealership a few years ago). He arranged the appraisal while we discussed pricing, discounts, and financing. Needless to say, I was happy with their trade-in value and financing and ended up buying my new Trax. After the mountain of paperwork, Brian took the time to fully explain the vehicle right down to syncing my phone with the infotainment unit. All in all, a very positive experience. Unfortunately, that truck was snapped up, but my salesman, the patient and understanding Mike Florian, kept watching for new ways to put me in the right truck. I made him run so many different scenarios, search for trucks at other dealerships, juggle numbers and factory incentives until we finally found the perfect fit and I drove away in a beautiful 2017 Silverado LTZ with a 36 month lease. And I didn't have to compromise a single thing. Mike was helpful, honest (to a fault) and genuine. I never got that "salesman" vibe from him. Make sure you ask for Mike.
