Went in there to purchase a new Jeep, the sales service was non existent. The woman at the front desk was not very helpful. The overall atmosphere was gloomy was the best way to describe it. I guessed maybe it was the time of day, went home and went online to give it another shot, to which I discovered they don't even have a website! It looks like their domain is registered with Godaddy. What dealership does not have a website? To me this is a warning sign, either they are going out of business or they just don't care. I did find a competing dealership online, went in and received the service I expected.

THIS COMMENT IS ABOUT THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT. I HAVE HAD FULL BRAKES AND ROTERS FRONT AND BACK, 15,000 - 33,000 MILE SERVICE DONE AT YOUR SHOP, BUT WHEN I HAD A 30.000 MILE SERVICE DONE AND MY CAR  DID NOT DRIVE LIKE IT WAS JUST TUNED UP, THE AUTOMATIC STARTER DOESEN'T ALWAYS WORK AND I HAVE HAD TO HOLD THE KEY ON LONGER BEFORE THE CAR WOULD START AT TIMES. I WENT IN TO HAVE MY AIR CONDITIONER FIXED, TOLD THEM IT WON'T HOLD FREEON AND THAT 5TOWN CRYSLER SAID I NEEDED SEALS BUT THEY DIDN'T HAVE TIME TO FIX IT THE DAY I BROUGHT IT IN FOR A RECALL.THEY TOLD ME I HAD TO DO THE AIR CONDITIONER SERVICE TO FIND OUT WHAT WAS WRONG WITH IT, I SAID OK AND PAID THE $199 PLUS PARTS FOR THE SERVICE. THEY TOLD ME IT WAS MY HOSES THAT NEEDED TO BE CHANGED AND IT WOULD COST $627 TO FIX BECAUSE THEY HAD TO TAKE THE HOLE FRONT OFF MY CAR AND IT WOUD TAKE ABOUT 4 HOURS TO DO. I WENT BACK AND GOT MY CAR DARELL TOLD ME I HAD TO PAY A 1 HOUR DIANOSTIC CHARGE THEN WHEN ISAID YOU JUST CARGED ME FOR THE AIRECONDITIONER SERVICE THE PERSON IN CHARE OF THE SHOP TOOK IT OFF, BUT THEY COULD HAVE DONE THAT TO START AND CHARGED ME FOR THE DYE AND FREEON IT WOULD HAVE BEEN $100 CHEPER MEANWHILE I PAID FOR THE HOSES AND TOOK IT TO ANOTHER SHOP WHERE THEY FIXED MY CAR FOR $250 IN ONE HOUR AND I DIDN'T HAVE TO LEAVE IT FOR TWO DAYS TO BE FIXED. WHEN I HAD 30,000 MILE SERVICE DONE THE MACANIC MUST HAVE CLOSED THE HOOD WITH THE ENGINE COVER OFF AND BROKE MY WINDSHIELD WASHER FLUID CLIPS. I TOLD DARELL, THEY WERE ORDERED BUT I STILL HAD TO PAY $25 DOLLARS FOR SOMETHING I KNOW THE SHOP BROKE. I WAS TRULY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE AND I BELIEVE THEY OVER PRICE JOBS. I DON'T BELIEVE I COULD EVER BRING NY CAR BACK THERE AGAIN EVEN THOUGH THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT STAFF ARE VERY PLEASENT AND TAKE THE TIME TO EXPLAIN THING.
