⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an outstanding experience working with Jonathan Gardiner at BMW of Freeport! From our very first interaction, Jonathan was incredibly responsive, professional, and genuinely committed to making the entire car-buying experience seamless and enjoyable. He quickly arranged a test drive, took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, and worked with me to put together pricing and a deal that made sense for me. I never felt pressured, which I truly appreciated. What really stood out was his attention to detail and the personal touches. He made sure my new BMW was thoroughly inspected and in tip-top shape before delivery, and even had it waiting for me with a big red bow! Such a special way to celebrate an exciting purchase. I recently worked with Victor Vazquez at Benzel-Busch and - Oscar G.

I recently worked with Victor Vazquez at Benzel-Busch and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. I am not an easy customer and spent considerable time reviewing lease structures, trade values, discounts, money factors, and multiple vehicle options. Throughout the entire process, Victor remained professional, patient, transparent, and responsive. He always took the time to answer my questions, provide the information I requested, and work with management to find solutions that made sense. In addition to helping me secure a 2027 GLE 450 for my wife, Victor also assisted with my custom-ordered 2027 GLE 53e AMG Coupe. He and the management team worked diligently on both transactions and made every effort to earn our business. What stood out most was that Victor never pressured us. Instead, he focused on building trust, providing accurate information, and keeping communication open throughout the process. I would also like to thank Sales Manager Edwin for his involvement and willingness to work through the details with us. If you are looking for a knowledgeable, honest, and professional Mercedes-Benz salesperson, I highly recommend Victor and the team at Benzel-Busch. Thank you again for a great experience.
