I am not happy with abcnissan I've tried so many times working with them to fix this xxxx mistake they made and all I do is keep on going back and forth driving thanks Tyler for the gas card that really helped I wish it was like a big CEO I can talk to that owns the company I don't know how they like to tell people that they can do these deals that they can't live by I don't think I'm going to be able to make it in 8 months to get my credit that high like I said I'm already paying $436 a month plus my rent I can't afford to keep playing this for 8 months I wish you guys can understand living check to check it's not fun you can't go out you can't do anything because you're never have money everything just goes to bills and with the ridiculous 21 interest rate which is highway robbery how the xxxx am I supposed pay off this car I thank Tyler for at least trying to fix what does piece of crap company put me in I will continue to fight this because I was told that I would be able to switch out that car in 5 months to a year I am still in this xxxx vehicle nothing has changed interest rate is still at 21% and I'm still paying a truck payment on it like I said I am not happy today I am so pissed at your company what allow your customers to be unhappy like this thanks for nothing. We will never go there again, even if the service was for free. Untrustworthy. I guess the $130K settlement you paid for fraud was well deserved. More

Going the extra mile I felt welcome the minute I got out of the car-was greeted by employee in parking lot who took me to the person I spoke with on the phone. Sarah greeted me and introduced me to my salesman Elijah Bigelbach,Eli made the car buying experience easy.I told him what I was interested in and my fears that I couldn't afford my dream vehicle. I was right about not being able to afford it but Eli along with Adam Marazzo-the owner found a way to make my dream a reality. As if that was not enough Eli patiently answered all my questions-never making me feel like a "dumb woman". I felt like I was dealing with a family member. Then when I got the car He helped me empty my car and programmed my cell phone and garage door opener going above and beyond in so many ways.
