Beware of business ethics I went to the used car tent sale and had an appointment with ABC Nissan. The salesperson was Nicholas L. I told him about bad credit and a recent repo I went to the used car tent sale and had an appointment with ABC Nissan. The salesperson was Nicholas L. I told him about bad credit and a recent repo. He said theywould find something. He showed me a 2015 Chrysler 200C that was going for 12000. He said that would work. So he got numbers which payment would be $473 a month for 6 years so 39000 after the payments are complete. Over three times what it was marked for. But he said the bank was requiring something down so he asked if could get 500$ to put down if they gave me three weeks. I agreed. So they congratulated me and i took car home. Then were headed to thr dealership four days later and Nichokas asked me to stop at bank and open account and bring a check to hold for the 500$. I did that and went to dealer and then was tokd the temp checks chase bank gave me wont work. Then he said. I would a lot more money than they told me. Tokd him i could not put down anymore so he said the they would have to take the car back. Kyle the finance manager also made me furious. He was going over paperwork to sign and he said that i will need gap insurance. He didnt ask me if i wanted that. He just did it. I told him i did not want anything that will raise the payments. He said i know. Well surprise syrprise Kyle had a new paynent amount on the contract. It was now going to be 510$ a month. Next person was one of the managers Aaron. I was very upset already and he said well that i knew the situation and they did me a favor by letting me take the car for four days free. I had advised that i will do a review on every social media i can. He said if i blast anyone it shoukd onky be Kyle the finance manager. Then i told him i needed a ride since they kept car and he said why shoukd i when you will give a bad revuew. He then said he was going to have to spend$1000 to have car inspected again....wow really. That was my experience at ABC Nissan. To anyone that might go there be aware of their business ethics and read all the fine print. More

WORSE SALES EXPERIENCE EVER Worked with them over a 4 day period on buying a new Armada. They bashed other dealers saying they are the only ones who guarantee their quotes and o Worked with them over a 4 day period on buying a new Armada. They bashed other dealers saying they are the only ones who guarantee their quotes and other dealers will bait and switch you when you get in. After negotiating and them guaranteeing me a price multiple times that this is my price out the door, I finally agree to come in a buy the armada and I get a call from the manager stating they cant do the deal and my payment would be $20 higher. Do not trust these people. Horrible ethics with bashing other dealers and do not stay true to their word. More
Best Buying experience ever! I wish I could give this dealership 10 stars. Anyone that has ever purchased a vehicle from a dealership knows the nightmare it can be. The long grueling hours, the back and forth negotiations not to mention hit after hit on your credit. I've been there many times in my life and hated every minute. But that was NOT the case here. This was absolutely the BEST car buying experience ever!!!! I never even had to go to the dealership. We managed the whole deal over the website and phone, during my lunch break. I told them the terms I was hoping to get (not really expecting to get them), and within less then an hour it was done! Then as if that wasn't already awesome, they brought the car and the paperwork to me and within 20 minutes, BAM, DONE! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE these guys! Major kudos to Tyler, he rocks! More

Great experience - Honest dealership and no up front BS I shopped around the various Phoenix area dealerships for the best deal on a new Rogue with specifics options already selected - ABC Nissan had a comp I shopped around the various Phoenix area dealerships for the best deal on a new Rogue with specifics options already selected - ABC Nissan had a competitive quote but not 100% the best right off the bat - The reason I went went with them though is that not only were they the dealership closest to my home, they were honest and upfront - they pretty quickly said they'd be happy to beat any legitimate quote but weren't going to dink around with a million emails back and forth. No high pressure, no bait and switch. So I made an appointment, went in, showed my best quotes to the salesman and the general manager - and they beat the best deal by $100 while giving me a car with even more options than the other guy. Appreciated the whole process, signed the paperwork, got through the session with the finance guy (minimally pushy, took 30 minutes, declined all addons) and drove out as soon as the car was detailed. Whole thing was as smooth as butter, couldn't have asked for anything better. Comes with the first oil change free and continues to have free oil changes for a while if you do your maintenance there, which was a decent enough perk. More

Eddie Valdez - Service Recall I have been going to Nissan since two years ago and Eddie Valdez has been my service rep and has helped me a lot on making sure my Versa gets the oil I have been going to Nissan since two years ago and Eddie Valdez has been my service rep and has helped me a lot on making sure my Versa gets the oil changed, tires rotated and gets the proper attention my Versa needs. He explains to me the process, what the car needs and shows me the lobby where to get coffee and donuts. This last time he fixed my Versa on a RECALL, but I got attention by a sales person and turned in my VERSA for a Sentra. I went to Eddie and told him what I did and he said I did the right choice by upgrading to a better transportation and informed me on what warranty to get for my new car! I will continue to go to Eddie and drive 2 hrs to get there!! GOOD JOB EDDIE! More
